📌 Project Overview
The (Summer) Ras El-Hekma Project is a large-scale residential and commercial development located within Phase 1 of Ras El-Hekma City, covering an area of approximately 3.496 million square meters. Positioned along Egypt’s North Coast, Ras El-Hekma is envisioned as a next-generation urban and touristic destination that blends modern living with coastal charm.
The development will feature a mix of residential neighborhoods, retail areas, and community services, designed to create a vibrant, sustainable, and self-sufficient community. As part of the country’s broader plans to transform Ras El-Hekma into a global coastal city, this project plays a key role in shaping the area’s urban identity and infrastructure backbone.
📌 FASSIELA Scope of Work
FASSIELA was assigned to prepare the Basis of Design Report (BODR) for the project’s infrastructure networks, ensuring robust planning and compliance with international standards. The scope included:

Electrical MV/LV Networks
Preparing medium- and low-voltage distribution networks to ensure resilient and uninterrupted power supply. -
